The best weapons for elite training!

Sniper training is one of the most demanding disciplines in modern tactical education. It combines precision rifle shooting, applied ballistics, observation, fieldcraft, teamwork, mission planning and the ability to make accurate decisions under pressure. At Alfa-Metal International Training Center, sniper education is structured as a progressive training system, allowing students to build their skills step by step — from Designated Marksman fundamentals to advanced sniper-operator capabilities.
What Is a Sniper Course?
A sniper course trains individuals to operate precision rifle systems effectively in professional, tactical and high-risk environments. Depending on the level, sniper training may include long-range marksmanship, optics use, MRAD/MOA corrections, range estimation, wind reading, camouflage, reconnaissance, surveillance, counter-sniper principles, night shooting and sniper–spotter teamwork.
At Alfa-Metal, the sniper training pathway is designed as a modular progression:
Designated Marksman → Basic Sniper Course → Advanced Sniper Training → Sniper Operator Course
This structure allows students to develop a strong technical foundation before moving into more complex long-range and tactical applications.
Designated Marksman Course: The Foundation of Precision Shooting

The Designated Marksman Course is the entry level of Alfa-Metal’s sniper training system. It is designed for students who already have basic experience with long-barrel firearms and want to develop professional medium-range precision shooting skills.
During this 5-day course, students train at distances up to 400 meters, learning how to work with LPVO optics and classical rifle scopes, apply shooting corrections, understand external ballistic factors and engage targets from different positions. The course also includes practical work with AR-15, M4, AK Arsenal platforms and .308 marksman rifles such as the H&K system.
This level is ideal for security professionals, tactical personnel and serious civilian shooters who want to transition from general rifle handling to controlled precision shooting.
Basic Sniper Shooting Course: Transition to Dedicated Sniper Rifles

The Basic Sniper Shooting Course is the second level in the Alfa-Metal sniper program. It is intended for students who have completed the Designated Marksman level and are ready to operate dedicated sniper-class rifles.
The 5-day program focuses on precision shooting up to 600 meters, sniper optics, angular measurements, zeroing, second-shot correction, breathing control, trigger management, rifle stabilization and applied ballistics. Students work with systems such as Ruger .308, Steyr SSG .308, HK MR308 and Blaser R8.
The main value of this course is that it turns basic precision shooting knowledge into repeatable sniper rifle performance. Students learn not only how to fire accurately, but how to analyze shots, correct errors and build consistency.
Advanced Sniper Training: Long-Range Precision up to 1000 Meters

Advanced Sniper Training is the third stage of the Alfa-Metal sniper pathway. This 10-day course is designed for students who have completed the Basic Sniper Course and are ready to move into long-range work.
Training focuses on shooting at 800–1000 meters, advanced external ballistics, wind reading, ballistic calculators, weather stations, shot analysis, sniper–spotter principles, concealed movement, field positions, night shooting and thermal optics.
Students train with high-performance systems including Victrix Gladio .308, Barrett MRAD .308 and HK MR308. The course introduces the shooter to the reality of long-range precision: wind corridors, environmental effects, ballistic coefficient adjustments, real muzzle velocity verification, ammunition changes and maintaining a sniper logbook.
This is where students begin to understand the sniper system as an integrated whole: rifle, optic, ammunition, ballistic data, environment and shooter performance.
Sniper Operator Course: The Highest Level of the Program

The Sniper Operator Course is Alfa-Metal’s most advanced sniper training level. This 14-day program is designed for students who have completed the previous sniper training stages and are ready for a full tactical sniper-operator environment.
The course combines ultra-long-range shooting up to 1200 meters with reconnaissance, mission planning, surveillance, camouflage, sniper pair operations, UAV-supported observation, counter-sniper methods and interaction with external fire support assets.
Training takes place not only in classrooms and on the certified shooting range, but also in tactical terrain, forested areas and a situational training village. This gives students a realistic environment for developing operational decision-making, observation discipline and fieldcraft.
Weapons used at this level include Victrix Gladio .308, Barrett MRAD .308/.338, HK MR308 and SAN 511 .50 BMG.
Elite Precision Rifle Systems Available at Alfa-Metal
One of Alfa-Metal’s strongest advantages is the diversity of professional weapons available for sniper training. Students do not train on a single platform only. They experience different rifle systems, calibers, optics and configurations, which helps them understand the strengths and limitations of each setup.
For sniper and long-range precision training, Alfa-Metal provides access to legendary and modern systems such as:
DRAGUNOV Sniper SVD, Steyr SSG 69, Blaser R8, Ruger Precision Rifle, SAN 511 by Swiss Arms in .50 BMG, Victrix Gladio X, Barrett MRAD MK22, HK MR308 and other precision platforms.
This diversity is essential. A professional marksman must understand how semi-automatic rifles, bolt-action rifles, classic sniper platforms and modern modular precision systems behave under different conditions. Training with multiple systems improves adaptability, confidence and real-world weapon knowledge.
Optics, Thermal Devices and Ballistic Technology
Modern sniper training is not only about the rifle. Alfa-Metal also provides access to advanced optics and support equipment, including We have a wide variety of optical devices, thermal and night vision devices and accessories such as: Razor® HD Gen III; Nightforce NX8 4-32x50mm F1; Archer Optics TSA-7 | TSA-10 | TSA-11; Nightforce ATACR 4-16x42mm F1 | Nightforce ATACR – 5-25x56mm | Nightforce ATACR 1-8x24mm F1 | Nightforce NX8 2.5-20x50mm F1; Holosun HS510C Red Dot; HIKMICRO – Panther thermal scope; Night Vision PVS-14 Monocular; Vortex – Razor HD 4000; Kestrel 5700 Elite Ballistic weather meter; High Infrared Laser Target Designator H1-ILTD-1; Night Vision Goggles Nirecon and other electro-optical systems.
This allows students to train with the same categories of equipment used in contemporary precision shooting, reconnaissance and low-light observation. Ballistic software, weather data, rangefinding, thermal observation and night vision are integrated into the higher levels of training.
