Alfa-Metal can provide you with a transfer from the Sofia airport to the training centre near Gabrovo.

Accommodation options:

  • Increased convenience (the hotel is located on the Alfa-Metal training facility) 300m from the weapons training grounds.
  • Military conditions (military-type panel houses) 50 m from the weapons training grounds.


External Accommodation

If the accommodation facility is fully booked, trainees will be accommodated in a partner hotel with high standards of comfort and convenience, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Transportation between the hotel and our base, in both directions, will be provided at our expense.

Meals:

Meals are selected according to your preferences. Considerations for cultural, religious and special diets must be specified by the student before arrival. Food intolerances, allergies or individual requests will be taken into account.

Course Objective:

This course is designed to provide advanced theoretical and practical knowledge and skills and their effective application in planning operations. The main objective is to acquire and develop practical skills such as organising and conducting the planning process in a small group, how organise personnel to distribute work in a group, personnel management and practising different types of scenarios. The main focus of the course is on people who work in both public and commercial security and private military companies. And those who may encounter all kinds of situations, both in high-risk and routine environments, that require detailed planning of operations or missions. The standardisation of the US SOF planning process greatly simplifies teamwork, not only in the planning of operations but also in the execution of operations and the planning of any kind of activity.

Description:

The course is broken down into theoretical (80%) and practical (20%) parts, during which the students will learn all aspects related to small group planning that are necessary to know in order to work confidently in the security or PMC sector as a team leader.

The course is conducted on the modern, certified weapons polygon of the Alfa-Metal training centre. Lear to confidently operate Troops leading procedure. All training is conducted by highly qualified instructors with extensive combat and instructional experience.

  • 3 Days (36 training hours) | Theory & Practice drills

Theoretical and practical. Both classroom and on the shooting range of the Alfa-Metal training centre. Materials and use of the facility.

Terms and Conditions

Experience in a security organization or PMC is required.

End statement

At the end of the course, students will have full comprehension of the theoretical and practical aspects of the training. Based on your demonstrated proficiency you will receive a certificate and additional recommendations in the field of weapons training.
