External Accommodation
If the accommodation facility is fully booked, trainees will be accommodated in a partner hotel with high standards of comfort and convenience, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Transportation between the hotel and our base, in both directions, will be provided at our expense.
Meals:
Meals are selected according to your preferences. Considerations for cultural, religious and special diets must be specified by the student before arrival. Food intolerances, allergies or individual requests will be taken into account.
* All certificates issued by Alfa-Metal Training Center are globally recognized by all private security and military companies, holders of these certificates are professionals with an excellent level of specialized training. These certificates meet ISO standards and are recognized by NATO and the United Nations.
In the period from 14.04.2025 to 27.06.2025, the hotel at the base is occupied by another project, and during this period our students will be accommodated in another partner hotel. Transportation between the hotel and our base, in both directions, will be provided at our expense.
After completing this course and successfully passing the exam, Alfa-Metal gives you the opportunity to represent its interests in other countries around the world.
This program is designed to train top-level instructors who teach advanced marksmanship in normal and tactical conditions, as well as group tactical-special training (in the conditions of a shooting range, military ranges and terrain intended for conducting special tactical training ). The main objective is the acquisition of advanced teaching skills necessary for conducting classes at the stage of advanced shooting training and collective tactical and tactical-special training of personnel, developing correct training methods and building a curriculum.
This course consists of theoretical (60%) and practical (40%) parts, during which future instructors will learn the structure and principles of operation of various small arms at the level of a high-level teacher, the rules and safety measures for working with weapons and organization of tactical and tactical-special classes. Advanced principles of compact and accurate shooting, taking into account tactical and special situations and tactical techniques for using different types of weapons. As well as conducting night shooting and tactical-special training and organizing individual tactical and tactical-special training.
The course takes place on the shooting range, the surroundings and the adjacent territory of the Alfa Metal training centre. The intensity of the course is high. This course is conducted by highly qualified instructors with extensive combat and instructional experience.

At the end of the course, students will have full comprehension of the theoretical and practical aspects of conducting the classes. Learn to confidently organize classes at the extra class instructor level in collective tactical shooting and tactical special training. Each student will pass a shooting exam, and theoretical and teaching test, based on the results of which he will receive a certificate and additional recommendations for self-development in this direction.
Depending on the course and the instructor, the language of instruction is either English or the instructor’s native language, with translation provided by an AI simultaneous translation system that can translate up to 3 languages simultaneously.
