FPV Combat Drone Operator Training Course

Course Objective

The course is designed to train FPV-drone operators for their effective use in high-risk environments, including areas of active combat operations. The main objectives include: Developing stable FPV-platform piloting skills, Learning the principles of their combat employment, Interaction with aerial reconnaissance units, And the use of FPV within mobile and strike groups.

The course includes theoretical and practical training, Covering the fundamentals of combat FPV-drone employment, Platform construction, Preparation of strike systems, Methods of overcoming electronic warfare, Signal-masking rules, Interaction with ground units, Use of FPV in urban and forest environments, As well as practical execution of flights and combat scenarios on simulators and FPV platforms.

Duration and Methods

14 days (140 training hours) | Theory and practice

Theoretical and practical sessions are conducted:

• In specialized training classrooms
• In an urban training facility
• In field and forest locations of the Alfa-Metal training center

Course intensity: Medium
Training is conducted by instructors with confirmed combat experience in FPV-drone employment

Requirements

Mandatory prior completion of the UAV Basic Drone Operator

Final Results

Upon completion of the course, each student:

• Will develop stable FPV-drone piloting skills during day and night, Including flying in complex terrain and confined spaces
• Will learn to prepare an FPV platform for employment: Assembly, Configuration, Pre-flight check, Diagnostics, Troubleshooting, Basic repairs
• Will be able to plan and execute strike and reconnaissance FPV missions, Including route building and determining the point of impact
• Will understand the structure of a mobile FPV group, The order of interaction with aerial reconnaissance and ground units
• Will master methods of countering electronic warfare and increasing FPV platform survivability
• Will be able to apply skills in training-tactical conditions, In both urban and forest environments
• Will pass the final examination and receive a certificate of completion
