Terms and Conditions for the use of www.alfa-metal.com
These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the website www.alfa-metal.com and its visitors.
The Terms and Conditions are mandatory for both www.alfa-metal.com and its users, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any user who orders products from www.alfa-metal.com is considered to accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The exception to this rule is: When registering a trainee for a course related to the use of weapons or a course subject to prior and subsequent control by Bulgarian special services, as well as due to the nature of our activities and in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, we are required to provide data about each trainee to the State Agency «National Security,» the Ministry of Interior, NAPOO (National Agency for Vocational Education and Training under the Bulgarian Council of Ministers), and upon request, to other bodies related to national security in the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of assistance in the visa issuance procedure, your data may be provided to the Directorate of «Migration» – a specialized structure of the Ministry of Interior.

If the customer wishes, they can pay an additional fee for single accommodation (subject to availability).
www.alfa-metal.com has the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
The new Terms and Conditions become effective as soon as they are published on this page.
